some of my best friends are colombians
i was listening to a couple of local kids, roughly translated, it went something like this: “… we’re not racist like the U.S. … gringos think they’re better than everyone else … our culture embraces all kinds …”
you know, i had a hard time taking anything they said seriously after that. Spend any time in panama or costa rica, and you’ll see the locals worship light skin. dark skin and Indian features are of the lower classes.
there are exceptions of course. and it’s not just about skin color. Latinos are proud people. most think his or her country, language, and ways are superior.
Argentines are well known for their arrogance. Chavez is the only reason so many Venezuelans are slumming in panama. many ticos hate nicaraguans. Mexicans are viewed as uncultured brutes. i’ve met Cubans who think panama is just a filthy pit stop before a life in the great white north.
not even my girlfriend’s immune. Alex came back from the beauty parlor the other day whining about Colombians. seems a Colombian was boasting how they were taking back the country bit by bit.
most of the natives i meet complain bitterly about Colombians. if you ask them, Colombians (their corrupt gov, and probably gringos) are the root of all evil. hell, my contractor’s 3/4 Colombian. even he thinks Colombians are to blame for all the violence in the country.
ask them, and they’ll tell you Colombianas are whores who steal the men. Colombianos steal the jobs, or they just steal. i really don’t see what these kids were on about. they don’t seem all that different from the gringos i know.
so why the photo of the sexy colombian construction worker above? i guess you could say i posted it for world peace. i just know that i feel a whole lot less xenophobic whenever i look at it.

ranting and raving again full on…….I love it . keep it it coming. for awhile i had thought you might be going soft lol…but the cojeto of gonzo is back. i like the pic you put… she looks good with a hard hat on …she can ride my purple helmet hard hat anytime.
Fun post cojito:)…if colombia had a little less warfare/conflict and a dollar currency…i would be living there in a heartbeat. its true that colombians typically have a much better "work ethic" and tend to be more educated in general than panamanians…or any other latino race i've run into quite honestly. ofcourse, they've always had more gold than panama and elsewhere. unfortunately they also excell in corruption and having the gold in too few hands. they learned this from the spanish historically and have not been able to eradicate many of those cultural roots.
and yes, you see the colombianas stealing men here in panama on an hourly basis. spend 5 minutes with one and you will know why…

cojito…i have to admit most of that page was a consortium of posts from other guys who have traveled CTG with some minor updates by me. TO play it safe, I will work on my own revision and experiences there and send to you to see if you want to include here. Only fair.
I have to admit that my limited experience with panamanian girls has been bad. i was easily stolen away by 3 differet colombian girls. each of whom works hard and has a kind heart. i've had a year-long hellish relationship with a panamanian whom i think might actually be crazy. at any rate, she constantly asks for money, thinks that i should buy her a house and has a deathly fear of working for a living. i am a slow learner, but i finally threw her out. saturday night i came home with another panamanian girl i met in a disco. first thing in the morning, she was asking for money. as a matter of fact, i only picked her up because one of my colombian girls thought she might like to sleep with her. on the other hand, i had to drop one of my colombian girls because she was literally fucking my brains out…i never thought there was such a thing as too much sex until now. my other 2 girls are friends, sweet, hard working. one of them lives with me and cooks and cleans and works hard. the other is a manucurist who works long hours and we all sleep in the same bed. they both have a little bi in them, so it gets very interesting at times. bottom line—my vote goes to colombia.
marco – lol i don't think i've ever had to dump a girl because she was fucking my brains out. that could be because i don't have many brains to begin with, or because i tend to stick with one girl, and the sex slows after awhile.
crazy's another matter altogether. i understand crazy. lol i married crazy. hot, but crazy.
you may be onto something though. you come and go so often, you, or they, never get bored. i don't think you'd have a "too much sex" problem if you were living with one woman 24/7. it's kinda nice you get to mix and match. good for you. we can all live vicariously through you.

What is the better place for a fun-filled weeklong vacation? Where is it easier to meet friendly ladies, CR or Panama? Sorry if I sound like a newbie, been reading the blog for quite some time, and I've traveled a lot but haven't been to any of these places yet and I'm thinking of dropping by… to check out Cojito's playgrounds – and have an enjoyable time.
