About the "centro de salud and caja de seguro social" most of their patients are not dead as you said. In fact the health system is socialized and many poor people actually get the medical help they need and that probably they´ll never been able to afford otherwise. So get your facts straight pal, tell me: do poor people get medical attention in your wonderful USA's health system? If you can't pay the bills you're dead. SO GIVE ME A BREAK!!

Sadly the truth!…IÂ´m a doctor myself and I see a lot of that everyday…Another problem we have is people working as doctors without a license…Specially salvadorans and Cubans…Just go to any clinic in Pedregal or Tocumen and youÂ´ll see..Chec Reyca Clinic in Tocumen…a fat greasy doctor who hates my country and is working there without permission…hiding from the authorities…It makes me sick…and to top it…she sucks as a physician…I trained some time in the US and just came here to get a paper I needed and then go back…probably for good!!!
